A Mutually Beneficial Partnership

Our clients are typically medical equipment manufacturers with solid, established products, wishing to expand their business beyond their national presence into Asia and/or Europe.

Agreements are based on one or more of the following components:

  • Nominal monthly retainer
  • Sales commission
  • Equity

In addition, contractual work can be done on a per project, short-term basis, such as: dealer or company audits, supplier/partner due diligence, market or product research, and organization of clinical trial sites.
